Third-Party Fees Policy

Fees charged by embassies, airlines, hotels, and government bodies are separate from Jandify Global service fees.

Last updated: June 2026

What Are Third-Party Fees?

Third-party fees are costs charged by entities outside Jandify Global — including embassies, consulates, government agencies, airlines, hotels, couriers, and notary offices. These are entirely separate from Jandify Global's advisory and preparation service fees.

Not Included in Our Fees

  • Embassy visa application fees (e.g. Schengen fee, UK visa fee, US visa fee)
  • SEVIS fees for US student visas
  • Government immigration fees
  • Airline ticket costs
  • Hotel booking costs
  • Courier and delivery charges for documents
  • Notary and apostille stamp fees paid to government offices
  • Translation fees paid to certified translation agencies (if not using our coordination service)

What Is Included

Jandify Global's fees cover only the advisory, preparation, and coordination services we provide — such as cover letter writing, checklist preparation, document review, itinerary drafting, and application guidance. Where we coordinate with third parties on your behalf (e.g. certified translators or apostille processors), any third-party costs will be separately quoted and agreed with you in advance.

Flight and Hotel Reservations

When we assist with flight or hotel reservations for visa documentation purposes, we use reservation services that provide itineraries for visa applications. These are not confirmed bookings unless explicitly stated and paid for. The client is responsible for making confirmed bookings once the visa is approved.

Transparency

Jandify Global will always clearly communicate which costs are covered by our service fee and which are payable separately to third parties. We will never collect embassy or government fees on behalf of a client unless we are legally authorised to do so and this is explicitly stated in the service agreement.
