Services Provided

Jandify Global provides advisory, document preparation, and coordination services for study abroad, visa applications, travel planning, apostille, translation, and legalization. We do not provide legal immigration advice. Our services do not guarantee visa approval, admission, or any immigration outcome.

User Obligations

• •Comply with all applicable laws in your country and destination country

Document Authenticity

By using our services, you warrant that all documents you upload or provide are genuine, unaltered, and legally obtained. Jandify Global will not knowingly assist in submitting fraudulent documents. Violation of this clause results in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to authorities.

Payment Terms

All service fees are charged in advance. Fees cover advisory and preparation services only. Third-party fees (embassy fees, airline costs, etc.) are separate and not included unless explicitly stated. See our Refund Policy and Payment Policy for full details.

No Guarantee Clause

Jandify Global does not guarantee visa approval, university admission, scholarship award, work permit, or any immigration outcome. Final decisions rest exclusively with embassies, educational institutions, employers, and government agencies.

Intellectual Property

All content on Jandify Global — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Jandify Global and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Jandify Global's liability to any client is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of travel opportunity, missed flights, or financial loss resulting from visa rejection.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

Changes to Terms

Jandify Global may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
